The Westin Perth is a luxury retreat, perfect for business and leisure travelers alike. A rejuvenating haven with luxury accommodation, 5-star amenities and a dynamic City Centre location. 

You will

  • Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible. 
  • Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets. 
  • Assist the Service Express team with guest enquiries
  • Create guest experiences for any special events
  • Work alongside the Front Office team to deliver prompt and effective service
  • Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups. 
  • Review/Track/Accommodate requests for room/check-out changes when possible; communicate status to appropriate staff. 
  • Confirm reservations and cancellations. 
  • Review out-of-order rooms daily and run daily reports
  • Ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions. 
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests. 
  • File guest paperwork or documentation. 
  • Activate room keys. 
  • Secure valid payment. Perform duplicate reservation checks; block rooms. 
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. 
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

     

    You are / have

    • Friendly, confident, vibrant and professional personality
    • Previous hotel experience in similar position highly regarded
    • Excellent Computer and Office 365 knowledge
    • Knowing Opera System is an advantage
    • Full Time Australian working rights
