Are you our next Bar Supervisor?

Get ready to personify the fun loving, anything is possible, mentality of the brand and wear your personality to work. In this role, you will be a dynamic individual joining and leading a high performing team. You will support the team and deliver expert service that is informed yet unscripted whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and an uncompromising commitment to act with integrity at all times. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;   

  • You are the spark that makes things happen in B&F and have fun with our Talent everyday
  • Lead by example to ensure the W Brisbane culture and brand is embraced and cascaded to all Talent
  • Communicate with guests, other employees, and/or departments to ensure guest needs are met, while embodying our Whatever/Whenever service.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other Talent
  • Respond to general enquiries, questions, and requests from Talent
  • Handle all sensitive issues with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality
