In this role, you will be a dynamic individual joining and leading a high performing team. You will support the team and deliver expert service that is informed yet unscripted whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and an uncompromising commitment to act with integrity at all times. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;   

  • You are the spark that makes things happen in B&F and have fun with our Talent everyday
  • Lead by example to ensure the W Brisbane culture and brand is embraced and cascaded to all Talent
  • Communicate with guests, other employees, and/or departments to ensure guest needs are met, while embodying our Whatever/Whenever service.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other Talent
  • Respond to general enquiries, questions, and requests from Talent
  • Handle all sensitive issues with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality
