    What you will do:

    • Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers while regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
    • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
    • Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
    • Ensure the quality of the food items is always maintained.
    • Provide services above and beyond following brand standards for customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
    • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
    • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
    • Complete safety training and certifications.
    • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
    • Speak with others using clear and professional language.

      What we ask of you:

      • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a Chef.
      • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
