The Role

Our next people manager will have a love for hospitality and possess the right skills to develop our hotel's present and future talent, culture, and growth.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the beginning to end associate life-cycle including talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, associate engagement & culture building initiatives.  Additionally, you will focuses on delivering HR services that meet and exceed associate needs to enable business success and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.


• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
